Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the national-plus curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to participate in school events and professional development workshops.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students under your supervision.
- Integrate modern teaching aids and interactive activities into daily instruction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
- Passionate about child development and patient in dealing with young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing, team-oriented school environment.
- Creative mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and pedagogical improvement.
