Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, social, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student engagement and exploration.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, daily activities, and behavioral development.
- Observe and evaluate student performance and social interaction to identify individual learning needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Supervise play activities and ensure a high standard of student safety at all times.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities.
- Prepare instructional materials and learning aids tailored to the curriculum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong passion for early childhood development and child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Patience, creativity, and a high level of energy to engage young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse teaching team.
- Basic knowledge of classroom management and safety protocols.
