Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages active learning.
- Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Facilitate creative activities including arts, music, storytelling, and structured playtime.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students throughout the day.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective communication techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to organize school events and theme-based learning programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong passion for early childhood development and a deep understanding of play-based learning methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative, patient, and highly energetic personality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
