- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum fostering holistic child development
- Create safe, stimulating learning environments with hands-on educational activities
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress using developmental milestones

- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain consistent educational standards
- Organize engaging classroom activities including storytelling, art, and play-based learning

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in preschool teaching or childcare
- Valid Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) certification
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with focus on play-based learning
- Patience, empathy, and passion for nurturing young children
