Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our early childhood curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and record student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding child development.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize school events and educational projects.
- Implement positive behavior management techniques to support social and emotional growth.
- Prepare instructional materials and learning aids tailored to diverse learning needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Creative, patient, and highly organized with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is considered a significant advantage.
