Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with the Creative Curriculum framework.
- Create an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to holistic child development.
- Observe and document student progress, maintaining detailed records for developmental assessments.
- Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Facilitate a mix of child-led and teacher-led activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administration to improve school programs and classroom management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (preferred).
- Deep understanding of child development milestones and modern pedagogical practices.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and creative personality with a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural or international school environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
