Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with teaching assistants to ensure smooth classroom operations and effective learning experiences
- Organize and conduct educational activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops
- Adhere to school policies, safety regulations, and educational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and lesson planning
