Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with national-plus curriculum standards
- Create engaging learning activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Monitor children's progress and maintain developmental portfolios
- Establish positive communication channels with parents and guardians
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure cohesive educational experiences
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and curriculum development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in preschool setting
- Valid teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Creative approach to curriculum implementation
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
