Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create engaging learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed developmental records
- Collaborate with parents to support children's growth and learning needs
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in curriculum development and school events
- Adhere to school policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in preschool/kindergarten setting
- Certification in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative teaching approach with strong classroom management abilities
- Passion for working with young children aged 3-6 years
