Bright Little Stars is currently seeking a warm, creative, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team in the vibrant BSD area. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Maintain regular, open communication with parents regarding childrenâs daily progress and developmental milestones.
- Monitor student behavior and manage classroom dynamics to ensure a harmonious learning atmosphere.
- Document student growth through regular assessments and anecdotal records.
- Organize and facilitate interactive play, storytelling, and sensory activities.
- Uphold the schoolâs core values and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development theories and play-based learning pedagogies.
- Patience, empathy, and a high level of energy to engage young children.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
- Passion for continuous professional development and willingness to attend training sessions.
