We focus on holistic early childhood development, combining essential literacy and numeracy (Calistung), English proficiency, and character-building through Tahfidz education.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans for Calistung, English, and Tahfidz subjects suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents regularly.
- Create a fun, interactive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment at all times.
- Integrate creative activities, storytelling, and games into the curriculum to maximize student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Participate in periodic team meetings and professional development sessions to improve teaching quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), English, or related fields.
- Passion for teaching young children and ability to explain foundational concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in teaching basic literacy and numeracy (Calistung).
- Ability to read and teach Quran (Tahfidz) is a must.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Patient, creative, energetic, and highly communicative.
- Experience in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred.
- Committed to working on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule.
