Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and international educational standards
- Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
- Monitor and document children's progress, maintaining accurate educational records and portfolios
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and address any concerns
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure all learning materials are properly prepared and maintained
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with educational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children (3-6 years)
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (bilingual proficiency preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood learning methodologies
- Creative and innovative teaching approach with the ability to design engaging activities
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
