Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning
- Monitor and document children's progress through regular assessments and parent-teacher conferences
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain consistency in curriculum delivery and classroom management
- Engage parents in their child's educational journey through regular communication and activities
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for all students
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience teaching preschool-aged children (3-6 years) preferred
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative, patient, and compassionate approach to teaching young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
