Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes holistic child development
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies and learning experiences
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain order and discipline
- Stay updated with early childhood education best practices and attend professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certified teaching qualification (e.g., CCE, K-Early Childhood, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
- Strong understanding of child development stages and learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
