As a Preschool Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing and educating children aged 3-6 years, creating a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities that promote children's learning and development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining individual portfolios
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development, progress, and any concerns
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistency in educational approaches and classroom management
- Organize and maintain classroom materials, resources, and learning centers
- Participate in professional development workshops and training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Adhere to licensing regulations and maintain health and safety standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and patient with a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children
- Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety procedures
