Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a supportive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Observe and document each child's developmental progress and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive social interactions and emotional development among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to organize school events and enrichment programs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by ECDA guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, Malay, or Tamil (spoken and written) to conduct lessons effectively.
- Strong passion for working with children and fostering their developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift environment.
- A valid Language of Instruction (LON) certification.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
