In this role, you will be more than just a teacher; you will be a mentor and a guide. You will partner closely with parents to foster children's holistic development, equipping them with essential life skills and cultivating core values that prepare them for lifelong success. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement high-quality English language literacy programs in alignment with the center's curriculum.
- Create an engaging, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters exploration and creativity.
- Observe and document children's developmental progress and share regular updates with parents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and teaching assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Maintain effective communication with families to build strong, collaborative home-school partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the preschool environment.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognized by ECDA.
- Registered with ECDA as an L2 teacher.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about early childhood development and committed to the holistic growth of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a preschool setting is an advantage.
