- Design and implement age-appropriate English language curriculum aligned with MOE guidelines
- Foster language acquisition through storytelling, phonics activities, and interactive play
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain detailed learning portfolios
- Collaborate with parents to support language development at home
- Create inclusive classroom environments celebrating diverse cultural backgrounds
- Organize educational field trips and cultural enrichment activities
- Adhere to NTUC First Campus's safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in preschool setting
- Strong English language proficiency and native-like fluency
- MOE-accredited teaching certification (or equivalent)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of SPED integration for inclusive classrooms
- Experience with Reggio Emilia or Montessori methodologies preferred
