Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute high-quality English language lessons that align with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and cognitive development.
- Observe and document children’s learning progress through regular assessments and updates.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians to support children's development at home and in school.
- Inculcate positive values and social-emotional skills in young children.
- Collaborate with teaching partners and staff to organize school events and enrichment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all early childhood regulatory and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or a Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Certification by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L2 teacher.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering child development.
- Experience in curriculum planning and classroom management is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the East region of Singapore.
