Sparks Preschool is a leading national-plus school under the Seven Retail Group. We are experiencing rapid growth, with ambitious plans to expand our network to approximately 25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate cognitive and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel secure to explore and learn.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents and administration regarding student performance and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality curriculum delivery.
- Ensure the classroom and learning materials are organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogical best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
