Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with Early Childhood Development Framework
- Create safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments for infants and preschoolers
- Document children's progress through observations, portfolios, and parent-teacher conferences
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan thematic activities and center events
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure classroom safety protocols
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and feedback
- Participate in continuous professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- ACEY (Advanced Certificate in Early Years) or HCIC (Healthcare in Childcare) certification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 1 year experience in infant/preschool care setting
- Knowledge of Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) standards
- Certification in First Aid and Child CPR
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
