- Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and document each child's developmental progress through detailed observations and assessments.
- Build strong, transparent partnerships with parents to ensure consistent support for the child's development.
- Maintain a high standard of classroom hygiene, safety protocols, and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events, thematic activities, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Provide individualized attention and emotional support to children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (relevant certifications from recognized institutions are required).
- Registered with ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency) as an L1 or L2 teacher.
- Proven experience working in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong passion for nurturing children and a patient, empathetic personality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both children and parents effectively.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques and positive discipline strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
