Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans following the National-Plus curriculum standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student exploration and learning.
- Monitor and document each child’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through regular assessments.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate with the academic team to innovate teaching methods and curriculum delivery.
- Lead and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom hours and school activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or English Literature.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development milestones and child psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Patient, energetic, and possesses a creative mindset for teaching.
- Willingness to work in Kelapa Gading and adapt to a fast-growing organizational culture.
