Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Adhere to school policies and educational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (if applicable in Indonesia)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with young children
