Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Mandarin curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards
- Create engaging lesson plans incorporating storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities
- Monitor and document children's progress, providing regular updates to parents and guardians
- Establish a positive, nurturing classroom environment that supports children's social and emotional development
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a cohesive bilingual learning experience
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and cultural activities
- Maintain classroom organization, materials, and resources to support learning objectives
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Education, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with native or near-native proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to preschool-aged children
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with young children
- Creative and adaptable teaching approach with strong organizational skills
- Passion for Mandarin language and culture, with enthusiasm for sharing it with young learners
