Are you a passionate educator dedicated to unlocking the potential of young minds? Roomful of Learners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool & Reading Intervention Teacher to join our specialized center in Makati City. We focus on providing personalized support for children with learning difficulties, helping them build a strong foundation for their academic journey.

In this role, you will be instrumental in introducing the joy of schooling to preschoolers while implementing evidence-based reading intervention strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to children with diverse learning needs.
  • Facilitate engaging preschool classroom activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Conduct evidence-based reading interventions to improve literacy skills, fluency, and comprehension.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and the clinical team.
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with therapists and educational psychologists to provide a holistic support system for students.
  • Adapt instructional materials and sensory tools to meet the specific requirements of learners with difficulties.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education (SPED), Elementary Education, or a related field.
  • Valid PRC license (LET) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education or remedial reading programs.
  • Demonstrated patience and a genuine passion for working with children with learning challenges (e.g., Dyslexia, ADHD, or developmental delays).
  • Strong knowledge of phonics-based reading instruction and pedagogical strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, professional environment.
