Roomful of Learners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool & Reading Intervention Teacher to join our specialized center in Makati City. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to children with diverse learning needs.
- Facilitate engaging preschool classroom activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Conduct evidence-based reading interventions to improve literacy skills, fluency, and comprehension.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and the clinical team.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles.
- Collaborate with therapists and educational psychologists to provide a holistic support system for students.
- Adapt instructional materials and sensory tools to meet the specific requirements of learners with difficulties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education (SPED), Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Valid PRC license (LET) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education or remedial reading programs.
- Demonstrated patience and a genuine passion for working with children with learning challenges (e.g., Dyslexia, ADHD, or developmental delays).
- Strong knowledge of phonics-based reading instruction and pedagogical strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, professional environment.
