Sparks Preschool is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and creative individual to join our growing team in Semarang. As a fast-growing national-plus school, we are on an exciting expansion journey, planning to open approximately 25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities that align with the national-plus curriculum.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and daily activities.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor recreational activities, field trips, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid teaching certification (if applicable).
