Join Sparks Preschool, a rapidly expanding national-plus educational institution with ambitious plans to grow to 25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026. As a Preschool Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds during their formative years. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with preschool curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor individual student progress and maintain detailed developmental records
- Collaborate with teaching staff to design interdisciplinary learning activities
- Establish positive communication channels with parents regarding student development
- Organize educational materials and maintain a safe, organized classroom space
- Participate in professional development workshops and curriculum planning sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (D3/S1 PAUD)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in preschool or early childhood setting
- Valid teaching certification for early childhood education
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with student-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood development and education innovation
