Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with national and international early childhood standards
- Create engaging play-based learning activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Monitor individual student progress and maintain detailed developmental portfolios
- Collaborate with parents through regular communication and progress reports
- Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment with educational materials and resources
- Participate in curriculum development, training programs, and school events
- Foster inclusive classroom culture supporting diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1+ years of teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten setting
- Valid teaching certification (PGSD, PAUD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of child psychology and development milestones
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with hands-on learning approaches
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural team environments
