Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children
- Monitor and assess student progress, documenting developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure all learning materials are readily available
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in early childhood education
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (2-5 years)
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative teaching approach
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
