As we embark on our ambitious journey to establish 25 locations across Indonesia by early 2026, we are looking for dedicated and creative Preschool Teachers to join our mission in Yogyakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our national-plus curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
- Monitor and document each child's developmental progress through regular assessments and portfolios.
- Facilitate effective communication with parents regarding student activities, milestones, and behavioral progress.
- Coordinate with fellow educators to organize school events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure all teaching materials and safety standards are upheld.
- Implement positive behavior management techniques to support social-emotional development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting is a strong plus.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) as our curriculum follows a national-plus standard.
- Deep passion for early childhood development and the ability to connect with young children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our fast-growing, dynamic educational framework.
- Creative, patient, and highly organized with a positive attitude.
