Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily store visits to take orders and ensure product availability.
- Promote and upsell new beverage products and promotional campaigns to retailers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the sales supervisor.
- Ensure proper merchandising and implementation of trade marketing materials in outlets.
- Provide timely feedback on customer concerns and inventory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed challenging targets.
- Must be willing to do field work and travel within the assigned area in San Miguel.
- Basic proficiency in mobile technology for digital order entry and reporting.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward working in a dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily time schedules effectively.
