Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Coca-Cola products to a variety of local retailers and customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished promptly and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, well-organized, and compliant with company merchandising standards.
- Report daily sales activities, stock status, and competitor activities to the area supervisor.
- Perform occasional route planning and delivery to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent educational background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for territory coverage).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work full-time schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes.
- No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
