Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks using NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT)
- Verify compliance with ASME BPVC, API 510/570, and PED regulations
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations for repairs/replacements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment deficiencies
- Monitor equipment conditions during fabrication, installation, and operation
- Develop inspection plans and schedules for critical assets
- Train junior inspectors on safety protocols and inspection techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of pressure vessel inspection experience in oil/gas or energy sector
- Certified Authorized Inspector (AI) or API 510/570 certification
- Proficiency in NDT techniques with Level II/III certifications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety standards
- Experience with inspection software and reporting tools
- Valid certification in welding inspection (CWI) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
