Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all production machinery and plant equipment.
- Conduct regular diagnostic inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures before they impact production output.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for equipment downtime and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for critical maintenance services.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance tasks that minimize disruption to the manufacturing flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a process manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or edible oil industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing equipment reliability and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and ISO quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
