Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily preventive maintenance activities of the production plant and machinery.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on industrial equipment and utilities.
- Analyze equipment performance data and generate detailed maintenance reports to identify trends and prevent future failures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company quality procedures at all times.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs and documentation.
- Train, mentor, and coordinate with junior technicians to ensure a high level of technical competency within the team.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preventive maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Proven experience acting as a Leadman, Senior Technician, or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and create actionable reports.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Good command of English with proficiency in data reporting and analysis.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site and comply with strict safety requirements.
