Are you a skilled technician with a passion for industrial automation? PT Heesung Electronics Jakarta is currently seeking a highly motivated Preventive Maintenance / PLC Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Bekasi. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our production lines by performing proactive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems.
In this role, you will play a critical part in minimizing machine downtime and optimizing production efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery to ensure high availability.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs promptly to minimize production line downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements accurately in the maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and process improvements.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failure points before they impact production.
- Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Machinery, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and logic control.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced nature of electronics manufacturing.
