Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on DSC/JH systems to ensure operational reliability and longevity
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Generate comprehensive maintenance reports and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for equipment calibration, repairs, and spare parts procurement
- Monitor system performance metrics to identify potential failures and implement preventive measures
- Train operational staff on proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance and technical support roles
- Proficiency in DSC/JH systems or similar industrial control platforms
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) or relevant technical credentials
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical schematics and system diagrams
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis expertise
- Singaporean PR or Singaporean citizenship required for security clearance
