Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning units, chillers, and industrial machinery.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks to resolve equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and ensure compliance with company health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using technical schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and downtime reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements that enhance system efficiency.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and order necessary components in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or HVAC Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and fluid dynamics.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with Daikin products or similar HVAC/Industrial equipment is a plus.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for site visits.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
