You will be responsible for performing regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and executing repairs to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on industrial machinery and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks to resolve equipment breakdowns and reduce operational downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using technical manuals and schematics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory in the system.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, including wearing PPE and following lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement preventive measures.
- Perform equipment calibration and testing to meet quality control standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within the manufacturing or HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid Technical Certificate (e.g., TKM/Regulasi P3) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective communication.
