We are seeking a dedicated Preventive Maintenance Technician to join a leading semiconductor company in the North Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to join a dynamic team with a clear career path: you will start on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a permanent position. We are open to candidates comfortable with fixed day or shift work schedules.
As a PMT, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment uptime. Your work will directly impact production efficiency and safety standards. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for reliability, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and modification of new machinery.
- Ensure the workshop and equipment areas are clean, organized, and fully operational.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance within the semiconductor, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to fixed day or shift work patterns.
- Valid technical certification or trade license is preferred.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
