As a Preventive Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing scheduled maintenance, and assisting in the troubleshooting of complex machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear or potential system failures.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom safety protocols and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new mechanical or electrical components.
- Report equipment status updates to supervisors to minimize production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- ITE Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics), or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production schedules.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical maintenance role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and electrical troubleshooting.
