Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Pricing & Data Support Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract based in Lavender, Central Region.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing fuel terms for global customers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You will execute timely updates to pricing and terms in internal systems, and effectively communicate changes to Sales teams and other stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be leveraged to support pricing analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize strategies.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in data management and pricing analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data systems is essential. Experience with fuel pricing or energy markets will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key to succeed in this role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and review fuel terms for global customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements.
- Execute timely updates to fuel pricing and terms in internal systems and databases.
- Communicate changes and updates to Sales teams and other stakeholders effectively.
- Support pricing analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimal fuel pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on pricing trends, customer usage, and contract details.
- Assist in contract management processes, including renewals and amendments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in pricing and data management workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, data support, or related analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with data management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fuel pricing, energy markets, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), or business intelligence tools is a plus.
