Jasnikom Gemanusa is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial strategy, ensuring that our pricing structures are both competitive and profitable. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to manage Pricing, PEC (Price Execution Control), PCC (Price Cost Calculation), and budgeting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate pricing databases to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform detailed Price Cost Calculations (PCC) to evaluate product profitability.
- Execute Price Execution Control (PEC) activities to ensure pricing consistency across channels.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance dashboards related to pricing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP software and budget management tools is a significant advantage.
