Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging lessons and instructional materials tailored to primary school students.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve academically and socially.
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and other staff members to develop and implement curriculum activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Support students with individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or Co-Teacher in a primary school setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus.
