Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the primary design aspects of high voltage substation and transmission line projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed electrical engineering calculations, studies, and analyses for high voltage primary systems, including equipment sizing, insulation coordination, and grounding design.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, scope of work, and design reports for high voltage primary equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate primary designs with overall project objectives.
- Perform technical reviews of design documents, drawings, and specifications prepared by other engineers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating vendor proposals and ensuring technical compliance of purchased equipment.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues during design, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring project continuity and success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in high voltage primary design engineering, specifically within substations, power plants, or transmission & distribution projects.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, PSCAD, PSS/E, or similar tools for electrical design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., PEC, IEC, ANSI/IEEE).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
