Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate English lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback
- Create interactive learning environments using multimedia resources and activity-based teaching
- Collaborate with teaching teams to enhance cross-curricular integration
- Communicate student progress effectively with parents and guardians
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGCE/B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching primary-level English
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience with international curriculum frameworks (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
