Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in English, Mathematics, and/or Science for primary-level students.
- Create engaging lesson materials that align with the latest MOE syllabus and learning objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and abilities within a small group setting.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, encouraging learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and curriculum changes in the Singapore primary education system.
- Coordinate with academy management to track student milestones and learning outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a tuition centre or school environment.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Primary School Curriculum (PSLE preparation experience is a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both students and parents.
- Highly organized, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, particularly during weekday evenings or weekends.
