Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to international primary math curriculum standards.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and educational technology to keep lessons interactive and relevant.
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, testing, and constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and paces of individual students.
- Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages participation and inquiry.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary school level.
- Strong grasp of inquiry-based learning and student-centered teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Commitment to the values of intercultural education and inclusive classroom management.
- Adaptable, patient, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Current teaching certification or equivalent professional credentials.
