Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Lead Learning Support Teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group academic instruction, specifically focusing on literacy and numeracy development.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers regarding student engagement and development.
- Facilitate a positive classroom environment by assisting with behavioral management and promoting social-emotional growth.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain learning resources, educational materials, and classroom displays.
- Support teachers in the adaptation of curriculum materials to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, ensuring a safe and supportive school culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Early Childhood or Special Education preferred.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children requiring learning support.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the holistic development of primary-aged children.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different learning styles and classroom scenarios.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for educational record-keeping.
